Doraemon Kart 2 (ドラえもんカート2) is a Racing video game published by Epoch released on March 12th, 1999 for the GB Color.
With a sequel released a year later on a more powerful hardware you'd think the flickering would be resolved but unfortunately it seems just as bad (turns out it was the emulator I was using, switched to a different emulator and the flickering is gone no), though at least this one is in colors, I dunno how playable this one is without an English patch seeing how it seems you get to make choices during the story, but I've played worse.
