I suppose I'll just list "Aozora no Rhapsody" from "Miss Kobayashi's Dragon Maid" Season 1. It's always puts me in a good mood (as does Season Two's opening).

Gets ya really pumped for the episode with the action and music. And it has all the pan and "cross cut" tropes for characters in an opening: hits all the beats. But I really like soul eater, so biased >_<

My favorite will always go to Turn A Gundam, it just sets up the kind of series it's gonna be just from seeing the OP alone (P.S. the second OP is just as good but the first run is that OP for me : ) ).

I don't watch animes much but so far my favorite is this one:

I call this 100% art here!!!

But I also relate to this intro in this way: When I was born and big part of my childhood, the most "advanced" technology we knew was radio. For me existence of TV and then video games are a new thing just because of the way my country is. When Americans enjoyed computers and internet for decades we were just getting to know a TV can have colors beyond black and white.

Then I did experience "war zone" era of my country, and then technology got so advanced from my POV I'm living in far future. Not a "cyberpunk" future sure but, from radio to something like "smartphone" that can have a conversation with you, this intro is like summary of my life lol. *he runs away with his cyber body going invisible and gets lost among a never ending rain and tears of people* lolol
