I suppose I'll just list "Aozora no Rhapsody" from "Miss Kobayashi's Dragon Maid" Season 1. It's always puts me in a good mood (as does Season Two's opening).

They might not be THE best objectively speaking, but they are engraved in my heart with fire. I mean, I won't sing my lungs out with any other openings like I could with these

Gets ya really pumped for the episode with the action and music. And it has all the pan and "cross cut" tropes for characters in an opening: hits all the beats. But I really like soul eater, so biased >_<

My favorite will always go to Turn A Gundam, it just sets up the kind of series it's gonna be just from seeing the OP alone (P.S. the second OP is just as good but the first run is that OP for me : ) ).
