Is the anime worth watching?

It depends on your preference. I dislike most animes but I like this anime because it touches upon an untold universal human experience that not many fiction care to be about and our main guy is an interesting kid despite how ordinary he is. No super power, no "BS way to be different", he is the guy we all had as a classmate but he is that guy who ignored all of us for a reason it tells in the anime so this anime is about how society ignores these guys because they seem "negative" so anime gives you a POV on these guys are not "serial killer" that you would think they are lol. He is not a bad guy, he cares in his own way. He is the guy never talked to you but when you need someone the most he showes up from no where and help you out despite he had to sacrifice himself in some way. He is that guy who always walk like he will kill anyone who would dare to talk to him and always seem to plan his next evil plan lol. He is just too logical and too people focused in the way he deep down into how society is and his place in society in harsh facts. And then the anime turns about some girls dislike this guy so hard they always insult him lol and then they learn this guy is likeable and then romance stuff going on. How romance happens is what I left to your subjectivity to judge if it's realistic or not lol.

So long story short if you like to learn about realistic characters that fictional stories doesn't be about much and enjoy a slice of life anime then this anime is for you, otherwise if you just care about romance stuff then this anime is for you, otherwise IDK why anyone would like this anime.

Climax Ova from this series has the best anime moment. Watching 8-man roast his girlfriend's mother in front of her daughter is just epic. If you don't know what I mean, please watch the series.

Also I hope someone fan translates this. This series has some great girls that would pose a good what if...if this game has that feature

Finally a decent visual novel. IDK this one but Switch ones were okay. However its anime is great alternative. I don't read visual novels and have no interested in romantic animes but this one is okay because it's way more than generic ones so even I liked it lol.

Long story short why I like this anime is our guy is not generic pervert guy, when he talks he can sound like a KMFDM song without seeming so salty lol and he actually has a great point about stuff he talks about and how he solve problems by not caring about what people think. He is against copy paste NPC society without actually trying to be different just to be different, he just being himself in his own ordinary way. I can see my high school self in the way he is so logical but our difference is no girl cared about my existence while in this anime girls are interested in him as a plot device but at least it doesn't turn into "harem" anime lol. Perhaps only school life similarity I had was being friendly with a woman teacher as this guy but honestly that's normal, especially if you are failing as a student or you are good in some class. What happened to the guy regarding girls may be realistic in Japan but no way in hell that's how it's in the country I grew up lol.
