Ubibug is a great bug maker in this world which make the name of great ubisoft corrupted! If you know any bug from this enemy of france(*me laughing*) great game developer ubisoft.
I start:
Well there was a specific game which you act as a killer on it. Main villain was "salahed din"

I went near a wall on village and then I fell out the world! A bad bug!

Oh boy, not so much I've seen myself, but to name I few I would say,

AC: Valhalla: Eivor decides not to speak to anyone, unable to interact with anyone in the town building phase of the game, specifically when the shaman woman comes to visit. The tattoos aren't appearing on the skin, new equipped clothing's don't show on the screen, the main game broke more then the china at my home.

AC: Origins: Bayek of Siwa, he was so inspired by the new Fantastic 4 movie that he started cosplaying as the human torch, almost 40% of the game I went drenched in Black Oil, ready for the barbeque on legs festival.

AC: Unity: Arno was a beast in battle, fighting 10 men alone, jumping from roof top to roof top, always ready for the mission, but he had one thing that the templars were more interested in finding about the Assassins and the more interested in then the Apple/Sword of Eden, Arno's hair and beauty products. I felt like the hair became more like Wonder Woman's Lasso of Truth.

In origin I know they add a bug which you goes to walls. This happend to me when I was doing a quest and I had to exit and re enter the game.
Also I remember when I try to collect all the flags for nothing (not a bug but I always thought it was a bug!)

In pirates of caribe, there is a bug make black pearl to David Jones ship. Only up part of the ship is seen able!
