.It was very good, it's been a very good day. I'm taking care of my mother, making sure she doesn't eat anymore.I am very happy.
Hopefully things improve soon for youDepression and anxiety just hit me like a truck. idk where it came from, been dealing with it for many years unfortunately. And it must have wrecked my hormone because I'm getting breakouts all over my face, don't know if it's eczema, psoriasis, perioral dermatitis, or idk wtf.


It sounds like you might be overthinking it. Like when you lose your keys and you're sure you've looked everywhere, but they're in your hand the whole time. If it's a creative thing to do for fun, you don't want to turn it into a chore or you're going to dread it.As with any first step, I need to discipline myself one way or another. If anyone has done anything creative or related, how do you add restrictions and limit to yourself?
