Also VR, eh, it's still not great enough.
I just hope they release it just to get people to shut the F up about the game. Half-life this and half-life that. Honestly Just give me a new great BLOOD or Duke 3D game to hell with half a life im already 40 I got maybe half a life to live if I make it to 80.
Well it would be correct but I´m not American. I hate DIET coke or any diet soda it taste like chemicals and in my country it´s 10 time cheaper to eat home coked food. A pizza is today 14 bucks a burger around 15-20 bucks. I eat out maybe 1 every 2 month.Be real. You're a millennial born and raised in the era of diet coke and peak fast food franchising.
You won't see retirement age.

They only said "build me a pc that small" not one with the same specs.Mini PCs aren't rolling out with an RX 7600 GPU, and they will likely cost several hundred dollars more than the Steam Machine.
There are a ton of micro computers to get.build me a pc that small
Why would I buy a console instead of using Steam on a PC as I do already?Valve is officially entering the living room with a turnkey console and a new controller, and it's still not great enough, huh?

After Blood II The Chosen and Duke Nukem Forever this will be near impossible.I just hope they release it just to get people to shut the F up about the game. Half-life this and half-life that. A mini PC can never match a normal desktop.Mini PCs aren't rolling out with an RX 7600 GPU, and they will likely cost several hundred dollars more than the Steam Machine.
booooo, you couldn't do it.There are a ton of micro computers to get.

The Steam Machine has failed a decade ago.
A mini PC can never match a normal desktop.
I think Valve should focus on software since that's what they do the best. PC gamers would have a PC rather than a "consolified" machine. Why would anybody buy a game console? To play video games on a TV. Why would you specifically buy one? I don't know or care.
Valve never sold it themselves a decade ago, and Proton wasn't around to prop it up.
Then why getting Valve's?A small form factor PC with laptop class hardware and a desktop GPU on board can absolutely match a normal entry level gaming desktop PC.
I think it will be a better investment to make the computer by themselves. The only thing we don't know is the retail price & how hot or noisy the thing might get for any competitive comparison.
