While I have read a lot of mangas, sadly, I have not explored as much comics I feel I need to. While you are free to suggest some of your personal favorites, if you have a suggestion for a comic based on the few comics I have read and I have loved over the years, it may help a little bit into reading more comics.
So some of the comics I have liked are:
* Watchmen + V for Vendetta - Alan Moore
* Batman Year One + The Dark Knight Returns - Frank Miller
* Batman The Long Halloween + Dark Victory - Jeph Loab
* The Walking Dead + Outkast + Invincible - Robert Kirkman
* Blankets - Craig Thompson
* Persepolis - Marjane Satrapi
* The Boys + The Darkness + Preacher - Garth Ennis
* Hellblazer - Jamie Delano
* All Star Superman - Grant Morrison
* Ultimate Spider-man - Jonathan Hickman
* Hawkeye: My Life As A Weapon - Matt Fraction
* I am Not Okay With This - Charles Forsman
* Almost American Girl - Robin Ha

Those are all the comics I can remember having read and finished, and as you can see they are kind of mainstream and all. So yeah, feel free to reccomend me stuff based on my taste so far, but also feel free to reccomend me any comic you think I should give a shot too. If it helps with reccomendations better, here are some comics I read and didn't like:

* Goddess Mode - Zoe Quinn
* All Star Batman - Frank Miller
* Spider-man One More Day - J. Michael Straczynski
* The Last Days Of American Crime - Rick Remeder
* I am not starfire - Mariko Tamaki
* Y The Last Man + Saga + Paper Girls - Brian K Vaughan (funny story, i read all three of them, each time not realizing that they shared the same writer; lol)
* Sex Criminals - Matt Fractions
* The Kids - Garth Ennis
* The Ballad Of Halo Jones - Alan Moore
* The Fox Maiden - Robin Ha

he's on your didn't like for writers, but try frank miller and klaus janson's Daredevil run

I'm not much into comics, I have read some of your lists. But I don't see The Sandman from Neil Gaiman, maybe you forgot? If not, I can only feel enviousness of you to be able to read it for the first time.
Now that I think about it, that was some time ago, maybe more than a decade. I did forget about it, maybe its finally time to re-read it again.

"Batman: Night Cries" is SOOOOO good, I consider it to be one of the best Batman stories and probably my favorite. I'd also recommend "Batman: Ego" it's a great and even though it's quite short, I think it's a wonderful comic for people just getting into Batman.

"Superman: For All Seasons" is what introduced me to Superman and has really charming art, great story to read as your first Superman comic, "All-Star Superman" is AMAZING too but I think it hits harder the more familiar you are with the character.

"Hellboy" is a very interesting comic series and probably my favorite published by Dark Horse, very easy-to-follow universe as basically everything is the work of Mike Mignola and you can just read the main omnibuses in order. However most fans also recommend reading the short stories after Omnibus 1, as they really help the reader understand Hellboy's background character.

Edit: Can't believe I almost forgot to bring up Alan Moore's run on "Swamp-Thing", AWESOME comic, very existential too, easily one of my favorites. Can't recommend that one enough, John Constantine even made his first appearance in this run in issue #37.

Edit: OOPS didn't see @bjork mention it in literally the post above this lol
It really is excellent. Probably my favorite Spider-Man story I've ever read (but I haven't read a whole lot)

I haven't read comics in over a decade but here's a few I enjoyed as a teenager
Punisher by Garth Ennis
Tank Girl I forget the authors name
God killer by Matteo Pizzolo

Check the Transformers comics, specially the Skybound one, because Robert Kirkman and Dan Mora are going to be in charge and seeing that you like TWD maybe you can get interested.
