Yes if you can use retroarch i honestly havent got an idea yet of how to fill retroarch all my hard drives and handhelds have retroarch pre configured.

If you dig the early 2000s aesthetic, I'd recommend giving the Sega Dreamcast a whirl. I owned one growing up, and it still screams "Turn of the Millennium" to me even now.
