PS3 PS3 Games Worth Revisiting?

Since the PS2 thread was such a hit, I might as well throw my hat into the ring. It's last call for PS3 being cheap time. Some games are already skyrocketing. The system is hard to emulate outside of having a beefy gaming PC with RCPS3. I'm lucky enough to have a modified Super Slim running Hen.

Are there any games the forum would suggest for the console? Preferably exclusives, but the thread is open to any game that released on the system.

Any delisted stuff: like a lot of the Marvel Activision stuff, but if you want to play stuff exclusive to the console play Infamous 1 or things like MotorStorm, you can also play the whole Metal Gear Saga because the PS3 have the Legacy collection and it also have the PS3 ports of MGS V, the Ratchet and Clank games are also awesome and there's the Jak and Daxter trilogy remastered at 60fps, there's also the Resistance games, the Killzone trilogy, and for last there's a lot of PS2 games that are compatible, so there's a lot to enjoy. And I forget about Puppeteer great underrated platformer.

My current physical collection, for anybody wondering. As for digital, I have Split Second, Pinball Arcade, Godzilla, GTA 5, Transformers Devastation, Dead Space, PVZ, Final Fantasy XIII-2, all the other Sonic games, Super Rub a Dub, and a few others I can't think of rn.

Also Yakuza 3 (if the Japanese version gets English patched), Disgaea 4, Witch and the Hundred Knight, FFXIII, Mirror's Edge, Dragon's Crown, Odin Sphere Leifthrasir, Anarchy Reigns, Lost Dimension, God of War, Persona 5, likely a lot of Atelier, probably more. PS3 games are bigbigbig so I haven't played many. I've barely played PS2 games because their storage is crazy for someone who wants to play a lot of games for multiple systems

batman arkham asylum, city, and origins, bayonetta, metal gear solid 4, 5, and rising revengance. ffx remaster, the god of war collection, disgaea 3, 4, and D2, lollipop chainsaw, killer is dead, mushroom wars, and the two infamous games.

Either of the Hot Shots Golf Games....absolutely played those a ton.

Would also recommend Puppeteer and the LittleBigPlanet series.

I absolutely adore Nier and Asura's Wrath. Those are available on Xbox too but I only played (and have) them on PS3.
*Edit to add something I can't believe I forgot: Metal Gear Solid 4. It's a shame this game is still stuck on PS3, but let's see if the next collection changes that!

3D Dot Game Heroes, Motorstorm, Magus (It's shit, but hilarious), Puppeteer, Resistance, LBP1 and 2, Infamous, Katamari Forever and Siren: Blood Curse. The PS3 has some bangers.

Metal Gear Solid 4.

I don't care what anyone else says, I liked that movie video game.

There are tons of great games, both exclusive and multiplatform. Games like Infamous 1 and 2, The Uncharted Trilogy, and all of the God of War Games before 2018 are available on PS3 (that includes both PS2 and PSP collections, as well as GOW III and Ascension).
There are also some good remasters, such as Shadow of the Colossus, the Prince of Persia: Sands of Time Trilogy, and the Devil May Cry Trilogy.

Who else remembers the PS3 exclusive Heavy Rain? And Ghostbusters is a surprisingly good game. The story continues a few years after the second movie.
