That FMV sequence is from In Space, not Time Force.
I wonder if that's just a oversite by the developers or has that screenshot incorrectly spread across the internet for 24 years lol

I played this game but from the Game Boy Color version and it's pretty decent, but I haven't played the PS1 version but it doesn't look so bad.
