Most Replayable Games

Specifically talking about this year, I played Persona 4 Golden four times. Three of those were back-to-back, and honestly, the best one was the first run of the year.
I started with a normal New Game, and to this day I have no idea how I managed to get so much done in that first playthrough.

For the other three, I went with New Game+, but I never felt the same rhythm or performance as the first one.
By the way, next month I’m planning to play it again, a little before Christmas, I feel like the game’s atmosphere fits that season perfectly.

Almost every arcade game, metal slug above all
And the binding of Isaac, +3000 hours of gameplay, and if you're a perfectionist, you'll want to complete all three save profiles

Dark souls 1 and hollow knight both because i finished them using cheats and wanted to try again without cheats. after that i fell in love with them and i play both once in a while.

Honestly, pretty much any Valve game has so much high replayability. Portal, Portal 2, OG Half Life, HL2, HL2:DM, CS:S, TFC, L4D--then add on all the sourcemods that have been made through the SDK like the original Stanley Parable, Aperture Tag, Garry's Mod, Synergy and all those.

I'm not particularly a shooter for any game companies because I think that's lame but Valve/Source engine games were a big part of my teenage years and obviously with Steam itself, Steam Deck etc., there's little doubt that they would rank extremely high as a company I love a lot for a multitude of different reasons

I frequently come back to RE2 with Biorand. i find it lots of fun, random rooms, enemies, items e.t.c plus you get awkward funny cutscenes which give me a good ol' chuckle.

for me any mmo game ofc >.<
Skyrim SE
Fallout 4
Morrowind
Fallout 3 and NV
Stardew valley
Sims 4
Mods make them replayable for years

Heroes of might and magic 1-3 I replayed them for 2.5 decade
Warcraft 2 with map editior you can make new fun maps and replay over and over.

Ark and conan exiles and minecraft.

Diablo 2 was an infinite loop that kept me playing for decades
not much content at all. but the loot system and pvp had me hunting items & plotting builds endlessly
its not the same anymore, unfortunately Blizzard found a way to break it

Mostly Any where the true ending requires another go. The OG Silent Hill games for the endings. PS1 RE2 for the scenarios. DMC games for the fun combat. Are just some off the top of my head.

I think the game i have visited the most after ending it is dark souls 1 (and maybe mario 64). It just plays different when you know what comes next, its design serves perfectly for a new player and a veteran one in good but distant ways. Said that, i think the star fox series sticks perfectly to this thread, you replay it until you are tired, thats the game xddd.

Mega Man platformers, especially from the classic series, are endlessly replayable to me.
