Is this game good or recommended to play? because only very recently it was massively discovered by the western public, and somekind of promoted by "3D GTA game-like" fans.

I know the japanese language barrier has been huge in the videogame world during decades, affecting maaany great japanese games, but... I can't really remember (maybe it's just me) THIS game being present in the western media at all, during its time of development/release... (unlike many other "Japan only" games of the era, much more remembered by enthusiasts during many years).

I'm asking because it seems to be an adventure. If it was more "arcade" I would just download it and try it some minutes.
