Okay everyone, I'm going to tell you some things that I don't usually talk about with other people. I feel guilty for everything I've been through, afraid to leave the house. I lost my father last year. I feel very sad when I remember him.I feel very, very, very happy when I'm at the RGT.This is my favorite place.

I'm glad you have somewhere to feel comfortable, but your only safe place shouldn't be on the internet- you should reconnect with some friends or find a local group to join for a shared hobby you may have- even if it is still retro gaming.

- That isn't to say this isn't healthy and fun, just that you should balance irl friendships and hobbies with your online friends and hobbies!

EUI like RGT, but I rarely comment because I was afraid to participate in forums. I have internet panic disorder, which is a syndrome I invented that makes me afraid to comment. I think people are going to do me a lot of harm.

There's nothing wrong with being cautious before putting your thoughts and feelings online. But I'm very glad you contribute to the forums, and if anyone ever makes you feel uncomfortable on here, just report it, and us mods will do our best to fix it.
