If anyone's thinking about buying a Vita to play games the emulator can't run yet, they're honestly worth it. Try to buy off CL or at a second hand shop if possible and you can maybe swing one for like $90-110, but they aren't much more expensive on eBay.
They can run every PS1 and PSP game natively and it emulates a good chunk of the N64 library without issue. Some SNES and MAME titles have noticeable slowdown, though. They aren't difficult to jailbreak.

Demon Gaze 2 has an official english release on the PS4.

Yeah, I may need to come up with a better phrase than Vita-locked... maybe should just call it "Not available on PC" or something, since the main point is it couldn't be emulated. It's not like you can buy it anymore anyway.

With how many *good* DRPGs the Vita had, it's ultimately somewhat of a shame that we never really got most of them in the west on that platform, though I am happy that they came out on other platforms (Including PC!).

I think the only two left that are "Vita trapped" are Demon Gaze 2 and MeiQ - Labyrinth of Death. I'd really like to see Demon Gaze 2 either get it's emulation sorted out or get ported; I love Experience's stuff, and while I could break out my Vita to play DG2, I'd rather play it along side everything else!


EDIT: ... I think I said that, and then one of the more recent updates finally made DG2 work on Vita 3K.
