why are a couple of these in .rar, instead of vita3k or NoNPDRM?

These are in NoNPDRM format compressed in rar, you decompress them with winrar or 7z then copy the folder to ux0:app folder then refresh your live area.

Thank you very much for this! If you have a vita console, would you mind looking into english patching Ao no kiseki for the vita? There is no eng patched copy of it online since the patching method requires a real vita to do so. Here is the link to the patch

I had bought this one because of chibi: I don't remember (many) other games with this graphic and I like it a lot, plus the gameplay is very nice, though sometimes battles are quite long.
A bit of fanservice, but I guess the series is known fot that so no problems: if you like Neptunia, strategy-turn based, having lots of characters, give it a try!
