So from what I know the pc game is 18+ but the vita game is 17+. I think it still might be NSFW to some, so added in the adult tag just in case.

I want it too. Has been shilling NekoNyan to localize it，they can bring either the original 18+ pc game or port the sfw vita version，they are both good.

The vita version has the new route and the censorship jokes.
But the pc version has funny H scenes. Like in one route the mc didnt have condom，paused the sex scene and went out to buy one then get into trouble

But I guess its been over 10 years since jp release，they probably prefer to pursue newer titles. Unlike Jast. Still waiting for that Sumaga translation

If you can read Japanese, I promise this is good shit. Asa Project always make meta romance comedy vn, this is one of their best. Unfortunately there is no English translation for this one. You can buy newer titles on Steam.
The vita version is R15 at worst, they removed all the erotic scenes but not without the characters complaining about it lol
