I own and have played through this. The game is about a protege of the real-life Japanese tap dancer HIDEBOH and his dance team competing against a rival dance team. The main game's routines were all fully motion captured by HIDEBOH. There's some behind the scenes videos you can unlock.

If we're doing vita rhythm games, I think more people need to play the IdolM@ster Taiko no Tatsujin games, The Idolm@ster Must Songs Red and Blue Album. Song roster is like a greatest hits collection of IdolM@ster games.

It honestly wasn't hard to understand imo. Unless it’s more for the story but there are softwares you can use to translate it while you play.
