Game Capture Cards Recommendations?

Having problems with this Roxio GameCap and asking for help on what capture cards will work on an Intel i5 4200u Laptop. (Something with a YPbPr component input)

I know a little bit about capture cards. It would help to know what it is you're trying to capture.

I've always just used an hdmi capture card with a separate converter for other inputs.

Mostly stuff off the Wii & PS2.

A lot of capture cards don't like interlaced signals. Most Wii games have a progressive mode but for PS2 you'll need an external deinterlacer.
