RB's Notes 1: There are two versions

1.1.11 is considered stable but has less changes.
1.2.51.1 is considered in beta state, with far more changes but less road testing, so there could be issues.

That said, in my testing, the beta is very stable and solid, go with that, if in doubt.

It's still using the PS1 script and no FMVs from WotL for the time being. Though you can still get some characters from WotL from scripted events in ReMixed. Luso for instance in ReMixed is your blue mage instead of just an almost carbon copy of Ramza.
Cool. Thanks will give it a go.

Is still using the ps1 script and no fmvs? I dont like the new psp story related features so I want to experience the game story like the ps1 but with an added roster size.

Well 1.2.32 beta is now out!

I see. I imagine transfering saves from vanilla to the mod wouldn't be possible. Its incredible how little info on the PS1 version you can find because of the psp version.
Guess I will hold off in the meanwhile.

Never really used the full amount of slots in the base game but ReMixed comes with a bench hack built in. That allows you to bench units in favor for slots to get more generics or monsters.

Also never had any crashes in ReMixed beta. It is pretty stable actually and worked fine when updating to a newer beta version. If you want to play it I would wait for Rage Burner to post the 1.2.32 update.

Not sure if I want to risk the game breaking on me. If you are well versed in the original game, how many slots for generics or monsters would I have if I recruit and keep all named units?

You're better off playing the beta version then.

Hi. Is the current version of the hack fully playable or a "stop playing at a certain point until it updates"?
I dont care for cinematics or PSP translation so only care if I can finish this game without downloading a new version.
Update: Only care about increased party size, does the "stable" version have that addition?
Thanks.

I started a run of the beta version last night, this is pretty great!

I'm confused. Does it have the PSP script? I'm playing this right now and it's the PS1 script.
I think the script is still the original one instead of PSP one.
Yes, ReMixed is using the original script for the time being while having a lot more features, class changes, QoL and bug fixes than Prime or the original The Lion War PSX romhack. Nyzer does mention that down the road that he will be putting in the WotL script and cutscenes into ReMixed.

If you do want the WotL script and cutscenes for the time being then play The Lion War the PSX romhack that ReMixed used as a base to work off of.

can I use an updated version and still use my old save file?

Any chance that we will also see this patch version?

The Lion War of the Lions 1.02

version includes PSP cut scenes and lots of QoL
Something to note is that the Lion War is the romhack that the Lion War ReMixed used as a base. ReMixed adds a lot more features, class changes, balance updates, etc. With plans to also add in the WotL script and cut scenes down the road.

Is this the mod Ramza becomes a dark knight after battling Gaffgarion?

I can't answer your on topic question, sorry. As for the other, Disqus will be gradually be phased out as the comment backend. Newer entries already use forum threads for comments.
