The sequels to Republic Commando, Imperial Commando, and Rebel Commando. I only like the military aspects of Star Wars (I couldn't care less about the Jedi and Sith). I never found out why those games were canceled.

Let's just say that there's a reason why Arkane came out in interviews and declared that their 2017 Immersive Sim RPG, also titled "Prey", was not an INO reboot of Apogee's swansong like people thought it was at the time.

Long ago, Square Enix had a team working on a game called Fortress that was going to be a spin-off of Final Fantasy 12. Sucks they decided to scrap it, I love all their games set in Ivalice.

And idc if this counts or not, but Mother 4/Oddity. Winter 2014 has been right around the corner for 11 years now and I'm NOT TAKING THE BAIT ANYMORE!!! (jk I'll always hold out that it'll actually be released and its not just an elaborate hoax)

And of course you have the goat, the king of all letdowns: Mega Man Legends 3. Oh what could have been.
