PS1 - Castlevania: SOTN though Final Fantasy 7 and Rockman X4 are also contenders.

PS3 - Puppeteer
PS4 - Astro Bot: Rescue Mission

Hmm. Tough one that.

PS1 - Spyro 2, just because it's the game I have the fondest memories with from the platform.
PS2 - Tekken Tag Tournament. I love Tekken and that's probably my favorite of the entire series on that platform.
PS3 - Resident Evil 5. Tons of memories with playing it online back in the day and a fantastic co-op game.
PSP - Persona 2: Eternal Punishment. I could elaborate but I'd ramble for way too long.
PS Vita - Persona 4 Golden. One of a handful of games I finished on the system and I did so three times.

PS4 - I didnt own one and only played at my ex's house because they had one. I would say Shadow of the colossus maybe?
PSP - I had a DS AND PSP back in the day but i never really dived deep into the PSPs library. Based on what ive personally played id say "Worms: Open Warfare 2"
