This is awesome! The real ultra ultimate Doom for PS1. I didnt know that something like this exist but as i see, the first playable version came out in 2018. So, this is "Beta 5", does it mean that this is still not final version and there will be another updates in the future? I think i can't wait until final release.

Oh, i didnt note...this is still beta 4 released in 2022. But Beta 5 should come. Does anybody know when or what they suppose to be the final version? I read on Reddit that plan is to make all official Doom levels ever created and convert them for PS1 onto single disc. The total amount of levels is 106...it is what i found there:-)

Not sure about what is going to happen next, however as noted it has 106 levels subdivided in:
Doom
Sigil
No Rest For The Living
Master Levels
TNT Evilution
Plutonia
??? (No spoiler)
Also, it contains Cooperative/Deathmatch mode, however it's not on the same console and requires multiple PS1 (Not tested).
I consider myself to be a somewhat skilled DOOM player. Please be aware I un-accidentally died @ level 1. This is DOOM.

Weird, I got it running on my PS1 (SCPH 1002) a while back. Oddly enough the game recognises if you are running on a PAL console, and will switch to 50hz. Kinda annoying.
What are the tracks on the added levels? They just the same tracks from the missing levels? The atmospheric music for the PS1 edition is the major reason to play this version.
Improves the consistency of the draw distance of Pseudo-3D models and restore the game's deleted levels based on the original Doom PC games.
What would be good is for the community to have a save system support instead of passwords for the game, which in itself is a good port of a great game.

I think that a hack that this port really needs is a real save system instead of passwords, as good as this could be, there is not many sense in play this on a psp when you have Doom 1.4 on the system, with all the classic dooms on it and also a save system.
