VITA Demon Gaze (USA) VITA

Vita3k Compatibility (PC): Menu. Tested both OpenGL and Vulkan both did not work. Would not go past what I assume to be the menu without seeing the menu. No way of testing this on actual Vita hardware sorry. If anyone wants to test this feel free to and let me know and will update this! Vita3k and NoNpDm are now both up!

It's nothing special by itself but it hits a weird sweetspot in me and I love it.
