This reminds me of a hack of Sonic Riders for the Gamecube I came across a few years ago that adds a ton of characters including Hatsune Miku, I bookmarked it for later and then I lost the link and now I can no longer find it, should've downloaded it when I had the chance.

You need to change the memory card in use in the pcsx2 settings, you normally have 2 of them or better you have a memory folder, get the memory card you downloaded now and put it as the primary card, shouldn't be hard at all
