As far as I remember, it's not equivalent to playing the Japanese version as the voices that play during "motivation" are not there, but it does get rid of the pink fog.
I preferred to use this patch instead of the Japanese translation patch to be able to use my physical version of the game.

As for the game itself. It is pretty good outside of the ecchi.
The battle system is great. I like that you don't actually have 4 party members like any other RPG. Each girl is one of your moves and you can't choose exactly what move the girls will offer you on a given turn, it's random, you do choose which girl will act, though.
That being said, the girls are smart, so it isn't frustrating. They will give you defensive options if the enemy is about to hit you hard, so it's not completely random.

The story is good too, by the end of the game you end up caring for every girl and wishing them the best. They all are there because of her mistakes but they are making up for it and earning their second chance.
Shin best girl, btw.

How is this patch supposed to be applied? When I copied it to my Vita the game says it's corrupted. I'm new to Vita patching so I'm sorry if this is something simple.

It's the PC version, and as far as I know the "uncensored" aspect just removes some pink fog and restores voices during one aspect of gameplay. It's honestly not that big of a deal and I don't even know why I posted this lol

It's the original game.

I also tried the uncensored patch I have, which is 1.2 GB, and that's because most of the game data is just a single 1.6 GB DATA.DAT file (compressed goes down to 1.2).

PC Vita3k is running fine so far (just started the game) and I could see the difference from original to patched: there is no more "pink mist" hiding girls bodies when you spank them (5 minutes into the game, when you go to the infirmary for the second time). I wouldn't know what other goodies are there.

Hello everyone, how do I install on a vita? The instructions says to extract to ux0:/ but after that what I have to do? Because the game wont appear on the menu. When installing english patched games I always download on pkgj first so the icon shows on the menu, if someone would explain that to me, thanks ^^

I upload games specifically so you don't have to do that. You are effectively downloading the same game files twice. Do as @chronx explained.

Open vitashell and press triangle on the home menu and choose to refresh the livearea to make it show up.
