No patch necessary actually.
The standalone versions of 1, 2, and Omega all come with English language as an option.
The versions in the Prequel Trilogy needed an update though (I think).

Yes I'm playing the trilogy rn ,it was very tiring to get it to work.im not sure about the standalone versions tho
