BOO!

To the "AI-phobics and unbelievers"...
The victim mentality on this site is off the charts

The first piece of pencil art literally has a different name on it, that his AI wrote over 😭

He's stealing art in broad daylight! Getting clout without effort is all AI art is good for, as usual.
Proof of how narrow-minded you are: my real name is Riccardo, but in my drawings on paper I always shorten it to "Rick"...

Once again I won't take part on the backlash against what seems to be a kiddo playing with a new exciting toy (I doubt this person is getting any attention or profiting from the supposedly stolen art), but here's something to all the actual artists out there: https://github.com/psyker-team/mist-v2

Dunno if it's going to be useful/realistic for all, but that's what we got... and just to point out I have nothing against >individuals< who like to play with AI.

Shhh, it's just a hater moment lol. Now they will say "it's generated by AI because in 2nd image it states OPTIMUS not OPT1MUS!!! lolol

Make your art "perfect" they will say "it's AI shit", make it "bad" they will say "it's AI shit". Since AI shit visual artists have no credibility anymore yo SMH.

Alright, I guess this mystery is solved.
@Waffles (Or any other mod.), if this thread goes crazy, you can close this. (Halloween has ended too.)

It's not a war crime to AI your own art.

@ZEGA ZONIC - See? Now you know the reason why I drew that angry Miku you saw a few days ago (and why I call them "AI-phobics" and "unbelievers")...

@qw90700 - You know, the fact I call them that way, it's not victimhood, but subtle irony that few understand, especially the ones it's directed at ;->

~OOC~
There is nothing wrong with using AI for art. Now I don't mean using it to fully produce a movie, write the script, etc. I mean as @OPT1MUS did with their own art. Who cares if they had AI color it in? They drew it, so nothing has been done wrong. AI can simply color it about 1000% faster than a human can. It was like when the advent of 3D modeling was starting to become more mainstream in movies, animation, and the like. Everyone just knew it was going to completely destroy the art form, and now half of your movies and games wouldn't exist or even work right without the use of it.

Is someone making 3D art on a PC or using a drawing tablet any less valid than someone hand drawing it? No. I agree that just plopping in some commands or prompts is not, now or ever, truly making real art. But I don't think we should just have a witch hunt over it either. It's just a new tool that is here to stay, like it or not. As time goes on, it will be used less as people grow bored of it.

Look at movies when the big CGI boom hit, they were everywhere. Now, not counting things like explosions and such that look just as real as actual practical effects, it's not as prevalent in movies anymore. Yes, it is in most movies, but a lot of studios are going back to practical effects. So should we right out hate on AI art? No, not if it's used for something fun like Opt1mus's art, simply being colored in by it.

Wow so can I call myself a musical artist when I write lyrics but use an AI to generate the music? Wow without realizing I was spamming musical artworks!!! lolol
