Vita3k Compatibility (PC): Bootable - It will show the long opening cut scene but if you try to skip it will freeze. Tested with OpenGL and Vulkan both will still show a black screen at the end of the cut scene if you let it play. No way of testing this on actual Vita hardware sorry. If anyone wants to test this feel free to and let me know and will update this! Vita3k and NoNpDm are now both up!
