Vita3k Compatibility (PC): Playable. Worked fine for me, played in OpenGL

These games are made by 3 random guys in a basement office in Kyoto using a pirated version of RPGMV. If you actually sit down and play one, you'll notice they're literally carbon copies of RPGs from the 90s (like Dragon Quest, Final Fantasy, etc) as far as story goes. Some have interesting gameplay elements (like one has a pseudo-materia system which also lets you get unique skills by mixing the orbs or whatever they use) but it's such a generic game I can't even remember the name. My advice if you're TRULY interested in these games is to get them on sale, they are constantly at 2-4 dollars per on Steam, Switch and other platforms. And even then, some of these are BAD AF or have had their EXP rates dropped to such ridiculous degrees so you buy the 2x/3x exp boosts they sell.

But their biggest sin, as many point out, is how generic they are. Play 1 and you've played them all.

Edit: To add to this, they originally made a TON of these games for iOS and a few got ported to Android throughout the years and when the Switch came out, they just started porting them there. If you're wondering why they have so many releases and feels like they release a game every month on the Switch, that's why. A lot of them were already released on iOS years ago.

I honestly don't get KEMCO. How can they loads of the RPG Maker looking games constantly, one more generic looking than the other. Like who's buying this and is it even good?
They sell bundles of this generic slop in 3-4 game collections on Xbox and PS for like $40-50 a pop. It's insane lol

Ixtona a is a ok srpg for mobile, just don't buy it on sale.
Tavern tale isn't bad.
Dark Gate was a ok game from the first years of the playstore.
Symphony of origin and symphony of eternity wasn't bad games.

Ah this dev. Asdivine dios will always be the classic

Ahm kemco. The mediocre maker of games. As much I like them. They makes the goddamn idea factory looks much less mediocre.

While they are far inferior in many aspects. They have many interesting ideas. Just not executed well.

Those games are all for mobile phones originally. People buy them because they're cheap and they look like the 8 or 16-bit RPGs from the good ol' days, at least at a glance. When you take a closer look you notice how cheap and copy-pasted they really look, and typically the stories and characters are completely forgettable - those games are not nearly as good as your average SNES RPG. But if you just want to go through the RPG motions for 20-30 minutes at a time on your train ride or whatever they might do the job.
Kemco doesn't actually make them, they publish them, with maybe 3-4 small developers making the different games.

I played one of their games, infinite dunamis, and it was boring front to back, it had one interesting thing where every weapon had a battle ability that it gave a party member that they could learn permanently from mastering it. other than that it was a extremely boring and forgettable experience.

they are just like, the bottom of the barrel in terms of rpgs. not worth anyones time

A GBA game on Vita, i guess it can be fun. ::thumbsupwario
